Isko Moreno: A True Batang Maynila

Former three-term Vice Mayor and City Councilor of Manila, Isko Moreno was born in Tondo Manila in October 24, 1974.

He started his political career when he was elected as councilor for Manila's first congressional district in 1998 and was reelected in 2001 and 2004 respectively. In 2007, he became Vice Mayor of the city.

Year 2017, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the North Luzon Railways Corporation and in May 2018, he was made Undersecretary for Luzon Affairs at the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

"Maraming hamon ang ating kakaharapin sa buhay. Minsan mapagtatagumpayan natin, madalas tayo ay magiging sawi. Pero sa kasawian tayo matututo ng aral sa buhay at ‘yan ang magiging sandata natin sa kinabukasan."
